    Layne Bruner is the visionary behind GLP-1 Muscle + Meal, a program dedicated to empowering individuals on semaglutide to preserve muscle, achieve healthy weight loss, and feel confident in their bodies. With a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University and credentials, education and a strong background in wellness coaching, Layne combines expertise in whole-food nutrition, effective strength training, and holistic lifestyle strategies to create sustainable and accessible programs.

    Emily Parker, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), brings her expertise and passion for personalized nutrition to the GLP-1 Muscle + Meal team.

    Whether clients are focused on weight loss, transitioning to maintenance, or working to prevent lifestyle-related diseases, Emily is here to educate, support, and guide them toward long-lasting lifestyle changes.

    A Wealth of Experience and Education

    Emily studied Health Science with a focus on Nutrition at Keene State College, where she also played lacrosse, cultivating her passion for fitness and sports nutrition. She further honed her expertise during a Sports Nutrition rotation at Dartmouth College and gained invaluable clinical experience at York Hospital in Maine, where she worked with patients managing diverse health conditions.

    Her collaborative approach, working with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective nutritional plans, makes her an invaluable resource for our clients. Emily’s dedication ensures that every client feels equipped to navigate their health journey confidently and sustainably.
