With a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University and credentials, education and a ten-year background in wellness coaching, Layne combines expertise in whole-food nutrition, effective strength training, and holistic lifestyle strategies to create sustainable and accessible programs.

As a busy single mom and entrepreneur, Layne intimately understands the challenges of maintaining health while navigating a full and demanding life. Her mission is to help clients build strength, vitality, and balance through family-friendly, results-driven solutions that fit seamlessly into their lifestyles.

Emily Parker, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), brings her expertise and passion for personalized nutrition to the GLP-1 Muscle + Meal team.

Emily has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science with a focus on Nutrition at Keene State College, where she also played lacrosse, cultivating her passion for fitness and sports nutrition. She further honed her expertise during a Sports Nutrition rotation at Dartmouth College and gained invaluable clinical experience at York Hospital in Maine, where she worked with patients managing diverse health conditions.
